Crete-Monee linebacker Nyles Morgan, who is rated as a four-star recruit by Fox Sports NEXT, has over thirty offers from schools all over the country and has had plenty of visitors since the contact period for juniors began.

Notre Dame, USC, Florida, Illinois and Ohio State are among the schools pursuing Morgan.

“Recruiting is going well,” Morgan said. “They are just dropping by to show interest.”

As for a decision date, he isn’t planning on making one for a few months.
“I am planning on making a decision after my senior season, maybe even at the Army All-American game,” Morgan said.

Morgan has committed to play in the annual Army All-American game with fellow Chicagoland prospects Plainfield South’s Clifton Garrett and De La Salle’s lineman Jamarco Jones.

Jackson adds offers

Glenbard North junior running back Justin Jackson added offers from Cincinnati and Missouri.

“Coach Darin Hinshaw stopped by and offered me from Cincinnati,” Jackson said. “The running backs coach from Mizzou came in Wednesday as well.”
Jackson admittedly hasn’t had much time to get to know either school but did have a quick impression of Missouri.

“I have heard that Mizzou has a great campus and it is in the SEC, but I do not know much more about them at this point,” Jackson said.

Jackson is rated a four-star prospect by FOX Sports NEXT, and has offers from Illinois, Iowa, Boston College, Northwestern.

“I thought Iowa was great,” Jackson said. “They have top notch facilities, great coaches, and an awesome fan base. They have great academic support and a nice business school which is what I am interested in studying.”

Mister on MSU

St. Rita junior running back Tommy Mister added an offer from Michigan State and also claims offers from Indiana, Iowa State, Toledo and several others.

“Michigan State said I will play running back or quarterback depending on how I play this year. They want me to come to camp soon and throw for them... because they need an athletic quarterback,” Mister said.

Mister played quarterback for Richards for part of his junior season before moving to running back and then transferring to St. Rita.
