Larkin 84, Islamic Foundation 38: The Royals had little trouble claiming their sixth win in a row despite being without starters Quantice Hunter and Daniel McFadden. Larkin (11-2) built a 47-21 lead by halftime and then outscored the Minarets 21-3 in the third quarter for a commanding 68-24 advantage.
Drew Jones led a balanced scoring attack for the Royals with 14 points. Jason Barnhart (12 points), J.D. Darke (11 points) and Taylor Boley (10 points) also reached double figures while Quentin Ruff and Damion Clemons chipped in nine points a piece. Mehdi Hedroug paced Islamic Foundation with 12 points.

Glenbard North 91, Buffalo Grove 58

Batavia 50, Harlan 38: Micah Coffey scored 13 points to lead the Bulldogs to vistory.

Rockford East 73, Hoffman Estates 44

Elgin 55, Parker 54: Arie Williams scored 25 points, including a game-winning halfcourt shot as time expired to lift the Maroons to victory.

Dundee-Crown 68, Clark 48: Dylan Kissack led a balanced Chargers offense with a game-high 19 points. Brandon Rodriguez (12 points) and Trent Musat (11 points) contributed for Dundee-Crown.
